Service Technician (Copier & Printer)

• Basic RM2,400 - RM3,500 + AWS + VB

• Working location: Senai, Johor

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and service copier and printer machines of various brands.
• Inspect incoming stock and conduct product testing using provided samples.
• Provide technical advice and prepare reports on product quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faulty product issues at customer sites when required.
• Install and test copier/printer software and network connectivity on-site.
• Maintain records and samples of products sent for testing or repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 2 years of experience in copier/printer repair and servicing.

• Familiar with copier/printer software, installation, and network connectivity.
