Service Technician (Crane/Industrial systems/Europe MNC)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults on cranes, hoists, and industrial equipment.
• Read drawings, perform fault finding, and use testing tools for system checks.
• Complete service reports, recommend repairs/spare parts, and ensure proper job documentation.
• Follow EHS procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and uphold good housekeeping standards.
• Provide professional customer support and assist with equipment handover and training.

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in maintenance or field service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, PLC/VFD, and troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently, at height, and on customer sites.
