Job Posting Title: Electrical Service Technician At a glance: As an Electrical Service Technician based at our state‑of‑the‑art automated picking solutions site in Moorebank, Sydney , you will support the reliability and performance of a highly advanced Automated Material Handling System. Working on a rotating 24/7 roster , you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast‑growing technical team maintaining cutting‑edge automation technology in a permanent, full‑time role.

Your Impact:

• Maintain, modify, and repair electrical, instrumentation, control, and mechanical systems across site
• Respond promptly to service requests and reactive calls to minimise downtime and maintain productivity
• Act as a key technical contact during incidents, supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Anticipate faults and proactively address issues before they escalateMaintain accurate and detailed maintenance, incident, and system performance records
• Follow and promote all health, safety, and compliance requirements, including PPE and LOTO procedures
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and high service quality

What makes you a great fit?

• A‑Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Experience performing service and maintenance activities in industrial or automated environments
• Familiarity with PLC control systems and industrial networks (desirable)
• Previous experience with automated material handling systems or ASRS is highly regarded
• A methodical, structured approach to troubleshooting and workflow execution
• Flexibility and willingness to work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts
