What they need
Leadman technician oversee automotive mechanics in maintenance, servicing and repair of vehicles and/or internal combustion equipment. Advises personnel on problems encountered in repairs and servicing; cooperate with supervisor to implement policies governing vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any automotive course or short course
With TESDA NC II or NC III certification
With at least 2 years related experience as Service Leadman Tech
Knows how to drive and with valid license
Has average to excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledgeable in writing reports and recommendations
Computer literate
