What You’ll Do:

• Conduct routine safety inspections of:
• Indoor and outdoor playground structures
• Basketball systems and gymnasium equipment
• Telescopic bleachers and stage equipment
• Other recreational or physical activity installations
• Prepare clear, professional inspection reports with observations, photos, and recommendations
• Communicate findings with school administrators, maintenance staff, and facilities managers
• Ensure all inspections comply with relevant safety standards (CSA, ASTM, etc.)
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who cares about child safety and public wellbeing
• Comfortable with hands-on work, ladders, tools, and physical movement
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario (vehicle provided or mileage compensated)
• Experience in facility maintenance, inspections, or a related technical field is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person
