Service Technician - Heavy Equipment

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proficient in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to ensure optimal equipment performance. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
