Service Technician I

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Service Technician I based in our Chino, CA warehouse. The Service Technician I reports to the Shop Supervisor, and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment, alongside a Service Technician IV/V or Service Supervisor.

General Responsibilities

* Maintain and repair of restaurant equipment (e.g. cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, light carpentry)

* Complete work orders (pressure washers, green machines, doors, etc.)

* Occasionally conduct preventative maintenance (fryers, grills, dicers, steamers, etc.) to ensure power cords look good and equipment is calibrated

Work Schedule + Benefits

* Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)

* Pay Range is $24.16-$27.00 per hour

The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. * Schedule: Monday - Friday; (5) five days a week

* Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED; required

* Prior experience working in a warehouse; preferred

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant equipment repair; preferred

* Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical; preferred

* HVAC Certificate; preferred but not required

* EPA Certificate for refrigerants; preferred but not required

* In-N-Out Burger store knowledge preferred, but not required

* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* For Store associates:

* Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger

* Minimum Level 3

* No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
