  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

  • Support rehab, renovation, and capital projects under the direction of the Service Director.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, Fair Housing, and multifamily safety regulations.
  • Use Entrata (training provided), digital work order systems, and mobile platforms for task tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
  • Strong technical proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the maintenance and leasing teams.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and property maintenance standards.
  • Reliable, organized, and adaptable under pressure with strong time management skills.

Certifications

  • EPA Certification – Required (Type II or Universal preferred).
  • CPO Certification – Must Have Within 90-Days

Education & Additional Credentials

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • Experience with market-rate, affordable, or mixed-income communities strongly valued.
