Service Technician II

General Employment Requirements for All Technicians

All employees within the Service Department must uphold HydroSpray’s standards of safety, professionalism, and performance. Each employee is expected to comply with company policies concerning safety, conduct, and attendance. The following general expectations apply to all technician levels across the Service Department:

• Comply with all company safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with assigned schedules.

• Exhibit professionalism, cooperation, and accountability in all workplace interactions.

• Handle company tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and maintain them in good condition.

• Participate in job-related training and skills development as assigned.

• Adhere to production and quality standards to ensure consistent and accurate work output.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• Maintain a current government-issued Real ID.

• Be available to work overtime and travel out of town as required.

• Demonstrate proper and responsible use of company-issued credit cards.

• Demonstrate acceptable use and care of company vehicles.

• Exhibit reliability and sound time management, as work is often performed independently.

• All technicians must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work safely on ladders above head height.

• Requirements:

• • General electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge.- Proficiency with hand tools.
• • PDQ certification for Laser 360+, LaserWash 4000, and PDQ M5.

• Assist with a Barracuda automatic installation.- Assist with a PDQ 360+ installation.- Demonstrate proficiency with a voltmeter.- Ability to read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings.- Performance-based sign-off by AutoWash Supply Manager.

Willing to consider additional skill and compensation.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
