What You’ll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled customer appointments
• Inspect and diagnose garage doors and openers
• Perform repairs and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Follow company safety and service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening
