Service Technician Opportunity – Calibration & Equipment

Our client is an established international provider of technical equipment and measurement solutions, supporting customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, adjustment and testing of technical equipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Set up and prepare instruments and equipment for calibration and testing.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, carry out repairs and make adjustments to meet required specifications.
• Record calibration results accurately and prepare the relevant technical reports and certificates.
• Review customer service requests and carry out the required calibration and repair work.
• Provide technical information and support to customers on equipment-related enquiries.
• Identify and report technical issues that require further investigation or action.
• Maintain accurate records and follow laboratory procedures to ensure reliable service quality.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, repair, maintenance or calibration is advantageous.
• Experience with calibration or metrology equipment will be an advantage.
• Candidates with no experience but willing to be trained is welcome
• Able to follow technical procedures, interpret results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage tasks independently and work with a technical team.

Employment Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
• Location: North Singapore
• Basic salary: S$2,500–S$3,500 per month
• AWS and performance bonus
• Overtime claims, subject to company policy
• Statutory benefits in accordance with applicable requirements
