Service Technician (Security Systems)

• UP $3800 Gross + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of security systems, ensuring all service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with established service workflows.

• Liaise closely with clients on service-related matters, manage day-to-day customer interactions, address technical issues promptly, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction based on client requirements and operational objectives.

• Support the Supervisor in coordinating service teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance works, fault rectification, and system restoration at customer premises.

• Ensure all servicing and maintenance works are carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, maintain proper service documentation, and perform other technical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of relevant service technician experience in Access Control & Security Systems
• Technical knowledge in Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is required
• Able to standby / work night and weekend shifts based on project requirements
