Service Technician - Windsor

The Service Department is a 24/7 operation committed to a minimum response time of no more than 4 hours. Locations sites typically are Ontario, all throughout the US and Mexico.

It is vital that the Service Department maintains a high level of service excellence, maintains a customer-centric focus while achieving profit-center performance targets.

• PLC experience
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams
• Willing and able to travel internationally
• Extensive travel required throughout North America
• Must be able to travel internationally
• Must have tools (mechanical and electrical) - specialty tools will be provided
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Electrical wiring
• Mechanical drawings
• Mechanical inspection

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good physical condition, heavy lifting, and climbing are sometimes required
• Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office for reporting
• Crane operator and fork truck experience
• Customer service-oriented personality

Wage to be determined based on skillset.
