About the Role

You will carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and minor project works across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house coordination and management team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and breakdown repairs on HVAC systems
• Diagnose faults and provide timely, high-quality solutions
• Complete detailed service reports using mobile technology
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Cert III or higher)
• Current ARCtick licence (essential)
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• A strong focus on safety, communication, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
