Als Service Techniker (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Maschinen vom Aufbau bis zur Inbetriebnahme – bei Kunden vor Ort oder remote vom Büro aus.

Deine Aufgaben

• Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen (national & international)
• Technischer Support per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote oder vor Ort
• Fehlersuche und Problemlösung bei Automatisierungs- und Elektromechaniksystemen
• Schulung der Kunden in Bedienung und Wartung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Technik zur Produktverbesserung
• Repräsentation unserer Technologie beim Kunden

Requisiti:

️ Was du mitbringst

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik)
• 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Maschinenservice
• Gutes Verständnis für Automatisierung und Elektromechanik
• Eigenständige, praxisnahe Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (kurz/mittelfristig)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
