Job Opening – Service Trainer

Location: Bhatpor, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per Month

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and process-related training for service department staff.
• Train technicians and service advisors on Toyota service standards and procedures.
• Improve technical knowledge, customer handling, and service quality.
• Conduct training sessions and employee assessments.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to identify training needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates from the automobile industry will also be preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in training and developing employees.
