Service Writer

NOW HIRING — FIXED OPERATIONS / SERVICE & PARTS

Lucky U Cycles Fort Myers is looking for ONE experienced person to join our team and take charge of our Service & Parts Department.

This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can run Fixed Operations while also handling service writing and parts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write service and repair orders Communicate with customers and technicians Look up, order and manage parts Schedule and manage shop workflow Keep technicians productive and jobs moving Handle warranty/service follow-up Grow labor hours and parts sales Make sure customers receive great service from start to finish

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Motorcycle/powersports or automotive experience Service writing AND parts experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once Motivated, dependable and customer-focused Someone who wants to help build and grow our Fort Myers operation
