Clair & Dee’s Point S is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Writer to lead our American Falls location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, enjoys leading a team, and is driven by customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor sales, productivity, and store performance goals
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
• Write up service orders and clearly communicate repair details
• Provide estimates for tires, repairs, and maintenance services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate work
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Handle phone calls, scheduling, and general front counter duties
• Process invoices and payments

Experience

• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
