Service Writer/Advisor

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs
• Provide estimates for services and repairs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide tire quotes
• Contact customers from leads and manifest lists
• Perform appointment reminders and appointment follow up calls.

-Utilize scheduled maintenance chart for vehicles to help customers maintain there vehicle

Qualifications: All listings are preferred but not required.

• Previous experience as a service writer or in a similar customer service role.
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs, including, suspension, shocks, and struts
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
