Service/Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Service Supervisor role is to lead the operational service delivery team (10-12 service Technicians) and ensures that KONE always delivers on its commitments to our customers in a safe and timely manner and to the agreed high standard of quality. The Service Supervisor establishes and maintains good relationships with customers through regular interaction with them. He/she also coaches, leads and motivates Maintenance Technicians to continuously improve field performance. He/she manages the maintenance operations and variable costs according to the targets. With the help of dedicated repair tendering resources in Customer Service and Administration team, Service Supervisors ensure that repair and callout sales targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational service delivery team (10-12 service Technicians)
• Ensure KONE delivers on commitments to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers through regular interaction
• Coach, lead and motivate Maintenance Technicians to continuously improve field performance
• Manage maintenance operations and variable costs according to targets
• Ensure repair and callout sales targets are achieved

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 4-8 years experience in service/maintenance operations
• At least 2 years in supervisory role
• Commercial awareness
• Thai and English language proficiency
• Safety knowledge
• Coaching and Service Mindset skills
• Management skills (basic understanding of P&L / basic quality management)
