Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+years total IT experience, with 7+ years hands-on on the ServiceMax platform.
• Core Tech: Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Triggers, Flows) and ServiceMax Configuration/Customization.
• Domain Knowledge: Field Service Management (FSM), Workforce Management, and Asset Service Management.
• Certifications: ServiceMax Certified and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
