ServiceNow Platform : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping
Technical Skills : Javascript, REST/SOAP API’s, MID Server
Architectural skills : Solution Architecture, Platform Governance, Integration Architecture
Operational skills : AMS Governance, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform incidents, problems, service requests, and defects.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Flows, and Workflows.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, plugin implementations, patch deployments, and technical validations.
