We’re looking for a #ServiceNowAdministratorSupport with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITIL, workflows, and Service Catalog.

What You’ll Do

• Manage user access, roles, groups, and security settings
• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and Service Catalog
• Monitor platform performance, investigate logs, and resolve incidents
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and patch management
• Build custom dashboards and reports with IT teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of direct ServiceNow administration/support experience
• Familiarity with JavaScript and web service integrations
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management best practices
• Experience working with ticketing systems

Sueldo: Hasta $38,000.00 al mes
