Servicenow Administrator

We are looking for a ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboard Administration Specialist.

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in ServiceNow reporting.
• Expertise in creating and publishing the dashboard within the ServiceNow.
• Expertise on performance management.
• Share daily, weekly and monthly performance of each track.
• Track and publish the productivity of each team and their team members.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices including, IM, PM and CM.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Should be flexible to address Ad hoc requests for data, if any.
• Prepare and present the data to relevant stakeholders.
• Understanding of SLA and OLA.
• Track and ensure that SLA is compliant.

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITIL v4 foundation Certification is mandatory.
• 5-7 Years of experience using ServiceNow reporting tool.
• Clear understanding on IM, PM and CM performance management.
