Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The role involves configuring, customising, and optimising ServiceNow modules to support business processes, ensuring system stability, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organisational standards.

  Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator (minimum 23 years).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and ITIL framework.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow configuration.
• Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM,CSM or HRSD modules.
