ServiceNow AI Architect

Role Descriptions:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, AI Studio, and AI Agents.
• Build and configure Generative AI, NLP, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Develop custom AI skills, AI workflows, and agentic AI solutions to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms and enterprise systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio.
• Implement AI-driven use cases such as:
• Intelligent ticket categorization
• Automated incident resolution
• Knowledge recommendations
• Chatbots and Virtual Agents
• Predictive analytics
• Automated documentation and reporting
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-production support for AI implementations.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment runbooks.

Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and ServiceNow platform innovations and recommend new capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
