Job Description

Role: ServiceNow AI Developer

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Visa: Any (No OPT, CPT)

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, ServiceNow AI-related accreditations Experience: 8+ years in software/platform development, including hands-on ServiceNow development and AI integration experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and generative AI use cases.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow AI Agents, agentic workflows, and AI Agent Studio solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows.
• Build conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and natural language processing.
• Develop AI-driven automation for incident summarization, ticket classification, knowledge generation, and intelligent routing.
• Integrate external LLM services using REST APIs and approved enterprise integration patterns.
• Work with ServiceNow AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI Controller where applicable.
• Implement secure AI integrations with appropriate data access, privacy, auditability, and governance controls.
• Evaluate AI output quality, accuracy, latency, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills: ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Search, JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST APIs, Integration Hub, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.

Preferred: Python, RAG architectures, vector search, AI evaluation, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise AI governance.
