Role Summary

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks, driving innovation and efficiency for ARA's Client. They will ensure smooth operations of critical business systems through proactive monitoring and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery.
• Apply GenAI and Agentic AI to solve complex business challenges.
• Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Contribute to best practices for application support.
• Participate actively in team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in either ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) or ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with incident management processes.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Understanding of problem management and root cause analysis.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Experience with modern programming languages.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks.
