• Architectural skills : Solution Architecture, Platform Governance, Integration Architecture

• Operational skills : AMS Governance, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform incidents, problems, service requests, and defects.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.

• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Flows, and Workflows.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

• Support ServiceNow upgrades, plugin implementations, patch deployments, and technical validations.
