What You Will Do:

• Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform incidents, problems, service requests, and defects
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Flows, and Workflows
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Import Sets, and Transform Maps
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, plugin implementations, patch deployments, and technical validations

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience , including CMDB and integration work
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform : ITSM , ITOM , CMDB , CSDM , Discovery , Service Mapping
• Experience with the following technologies: JavaScript , REST/SOAP API’s , MID Server
• Hands-on experience with Solution Architecture , Platform Governance and Integration Architecture
• Strong track record delivering integrations and platform configuration in enterprise environments

...and we appreciate if you have:

• Experience with: HAM/SAM, GRC/IRM, BCM, SecOps, APM
• Knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS environments
• Experience with Zabbix, Splunk, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox, Azure, Intune, Datadog
• AI/Now Assist implementation exposure
• Service Assurance and Operations Transformation experience

About Your Contract:

• 40 hours/week
• Full-time, indefinite contract
• Location: Budapest, Hungary
• Hybrid working model with 1-2 office days per week
• Occasional travel to customer locations across Europe
• Onboarding and acclimatization period provided
• You must be currently eligible to work in Hungary
