ServiceNow API & Integration Expert - IT - CDI/Freelance

Context

For one of our clients in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow API & Integration Expert. In a direct end-customer facing role, you will work with the client's business and technical teams to understand their integration needs, design the right solutions and implement reliable interfaces between ServiceNow and their enterprise applications.

Missions

• Gather and analyse integration requirements directly with customer stakeholders
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external applications
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations, inbound and outbound
• Develop ServiceNow scripts and integration components (Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes)
• Handle authentication, authorisation and secure API integration requirements
• Support data mapping, transformation and validation (Import Sets, Transform Maps)
• Configure IntegrationHub and MID Server-based integrations where needed
• Troubleshoot, debug and test APIs; provide production support
• Analyse existing interfaces and recommend improvements
• Lead customer workshops and solution-design discussions
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security and development teams
• Produce technical and interface documentation and run knowledge transfer

Working Conditions

• Contract: Freelance, CDI or CDD: we will find a solution as long as you are the right candidate
• Location: Luxembourg, on site (no remote work)
• We are looking for people ready to relocate and work in Luxembourg
• Salary / daily rate: depending on profile
• Languages: French and English

1. 7 to 8 years of ServiceNow experience, including strong integration experience
2. Hands-on expertise in REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub and server-side JavaScript
3. Experience with inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications
4. Good understanding of API authentication and integration security; able to troubleshoot integration failures
5. Good understanding of ITSM and the ServiceNow platform architecture
6. CMDB / CSDM integration, MID Server experience and CSA certification are a plus
7. Customer-facing: able to run technical discussions with the end customer independently
8. Professional working proficiency in French (mandatory) and good English
9. Ready to relocate and work on site in Luxembourg
