ServiceNow Architect

Position Summary:

Saltech Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to provide senior technical leadership for complex ServiceNow environments, enterprise implementations, integrations, development initiatives, automation, and long-term platform strategy. The Technical Architect / Principal serves as a senior authority across the ServiceNow platform and works closely with clients, executives, consultants, developers, and technical teams. This position is responsible for establishing architectural standards, designing scalable solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring ServiceNow environments support long-term business objectives.

Objectives:

• Define Scalable and Sustainable ServiceNow Architectures
• Lead Architecture for Complex Enterprise Implementations and Transformations
• Establish ServiceNow Development, Configuration, Integration, and Architecture Standards
• Ensure Solutions Align with ServiceNow Best Practices and Long-Term Platform Strategy
• Design Complex Integrations and Enterprise-Level Technical Solutions
• Provide Technical Leadership Across ServiceNow Projects and Initiatives
• Evaluate Existing Environments and Identify Opportunities for Optimization
• Establish Strategies for Platform Scalability, Performance, Security, and Governance
• Architect AI and Automation Solutions Across the ServiceNow Environment
• Provide Technical Guidance to Senior Consultants, Leads, Developers, and Architects
• Mentor and Develop Senior Technical Professionals
• Serve as a Senior Technical Advisor to Clients and Executive Stakeholders
• Translate Business Strategy into Long-Term ServiceNow Technology Roadmaps

Education & Experience:

• 8+ Years of ServiceNow or Closely Related Enterprise Technology Experience
• Significant Experience Designing ServiceNow Architectures and Enterprise Solutions
• Experience Leading Complex ServiceNow Implementations
• Advanced Knowledge of ServiceNow Development, Configuration, Integrations, and Platform Capabilities
• Demonstrated Experience Across Multiple ServiceNow Modules
• Experience Establishing Technical Standards and Architecture Frameworks
• Experience Leading and Mentoring Technical Teams
• Strong Client-Facing and Executive Communication Experience
• Experience With Enterprise Integrations and Complex Technical Environments
• Experience With AI, Automation, Security, Governance, or Enterprise Architecture Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Comparable Advanced Certification Strongly Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a Related Field Preferred

Pay: From $100.00 per hour
