Job Title ServiceNow Architect

Work Experience – 12-15Yrs

Location – Bangalore

Notice Period- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow Platform architecture aligned with business and IT strategies
• Lead Architectural design for modules such as Across ServiceNow modules key ones are ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM and AI.
• Have knowledge of emerging technologies, modules of ServiceNow and associated products.
• Work on capabilities of Data modelling, Integration, Automation, AI and GenAI within the ServiceNow modules.
• Define best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow implementations
• Provide technical leadership to development and configuration teams
• Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and customizations
• Architect and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
• Guide upgrade strategies and manage ServiceNow releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in ServiceNow
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AI, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs
• Experience with integrations and data migrations
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical thought leadership and alignment with Enterprise Architecture.

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Required (2+ CIS certifications)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
