- Lead CMDB and ITOM architecture, design, and roadmap development.
- Define target-state architecture, governance standards, and best practices.
- Architect ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CI lifecycle, and CMDB data quality solutions.
- Design enterprise integrations using APIs, Integration Hub, and data integration frameworks.
- Support cloud, infrastructure, ERP, identity, and business system integrations.
- Drive AI-ready CMDB architecture and operational intelligence initiatives.
- Evaluate LLM/AI integrations and future Agentic Operations capabilities.
- Conduct architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams
