Roles & Responsibilities

15+ years overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience, including significant experience with Field Service Management (FSM).

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM). The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of hands-on development, technical architecture, solution design, integrations, and implementation experience. This role requires an architect who is not only capable of designing solutions but also has strong development experience and can get involved in complex technical implementations when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Architecture

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop appropriate ServiceNow architecture.
• Evaluate existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
• Design reusable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Define integration patterns and data flows.
• Taking ownership of technical delivery from requirement architecture development testing deployment production support.

2. Field Service Management (FSM)

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
• Design solutions for field service processes including:
• Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Field Agents, Dispatching, Scheduling, Assignment, Skills and qualifications, Locations, Service resources, Mobile field service, Workforce management
• Configure and customize FSM based on business requirements.
• Understand end-to-end field service business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

3. Strong ServiceNow Development Experience

• Glide APIs , Business Rules ,Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Scripted REST APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Transform Maps, Import Sets, Data Sources Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Workflows, Notifications, ACLs, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal / UI Builder, Custom Applications, Scoped Applications, JavaScript development , Performance optimization, Debugging and troubleshooting.

4. Integrations: Strong integration experience. Preferred experience with:

 REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, GCP/Azure/AWS, SAP, Salesforce, Third-party field service applications

• Design integrations between FSM and external systems.
