ServiceNow Architect

We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Solution Architect:

Are you an expert in architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions? We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to drive platform vision, design scalable integrations, and lead technical execution across our platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Platform Architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across the platform, enforcing best practices, governance, and architecture standards.
• Integrations & Technical Design: Architect and implement robust system integrations using REST, SOAP, and modern web services to connect ServiceNow with critical enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between business leads and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Agile Execution: Work closely with agile delivery teams to guide implementation, conduct code/design reviews, and clear technical blockers.
• Platform Performance & Quality: Ensure platform health, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Solution Architect role leading design and implementation.
• Deep Integration Expertise: Strong proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and building web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Platform Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, design patterns, and deployment best practices.
• Certifications: ITIL Certification required. (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Certified Application Developer / Certified Implementation Specialist preferred) .
• Agile Fluency: Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and modern collaboration tools.
• Communication Skills: Proven track record of communicating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
