• REST and Scripted REST API design
• Reference relationships, data models, ACLs, and scoped applications
• Upgrade-safe, supportable, and reusable design patterns
• Architecture decision records and technical design documentation

Preferred experience

• Complex ServiceNow transformation programs
• External infrastructure or DCIM integrations
• Enterprise data ownership and integration governance

Delivery expectations

• Define the target architecture, data ownership model, and integration boundaries.
• Evaluate out-of-box capabilities before approving customization.
• Determine when information is referenced, retrieved, related, or persisted.
• Design lightweight lifecycle records and justify any child-table requirements.
• Review technical designs and development for architecture compliance.
