CTC: Up to 45 LPA (including variable)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, scripting, integrations, and Customer Service Management (CSM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions and should be comfortable working across technical architecture, development, integrations, and CSM modules.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Strong ServiceNow scripting experience
• Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations
• Good experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Experience in designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
• Define technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Work extensively on ServiceNow CSM implementations and enhancements
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
• Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and application issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Experience:

• 1016 years of overall IT experience
• Strong relevant experience in ServiceNow
• Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Implementation
• Strong hands-on experience in Scripting, Integration, and CSM
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
