Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect with deep platform expertise, architectural leadership, and hands-on experience designing scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for multi-domain and multi-instance environments.
• Develop architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and data models.
• Establish platform governance, coding standards, and technical guardrails.
• Drive CSDM, CMDB maturity, and platform lifecycle management.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide developers, administrators, and consultants on ServiceNow best practices.
• Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and event frameworks.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations and automation.
• Present architecture decisions to CIO/VP-level stakeholders and architecture review boards.
• Mentor technical teams and support client workshops, RFPs, and transformation programs.

• CSDM 4.0 & CMDB

• Multi-cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• CSA & CAD
• Minimum 2 CIS certifications in areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, SAM, HAM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CTA Program Capstone completion
• Architecture Excellence Accreditation
• Experience with large-scale Digital, AI/ML, and CloudOps transformation programs
• Experience with Big 4 consulting environments preferred
