SERVICENOW BA HRSD

Key skills, experience and competency is more or less thesame what I shared earlier with the following exceptions.

It’s a local BA role, with hands-on engagement with theclient BA, PM and process owners on a day-to-day basis.

Key module is HRSD, hence the HRSD implementationexperience from an end to end focus is mandatory specially building HR servicedelivery related catalogues, WFs, employee services such as on and offboarding, security clearance request initiation, absence leaves and otheremployee lifecycle events and journeys.

Candidate should have good communication, verbal andwritten skills and familiar with the Singapore working environment,expectations, and way of working.

Certifications required: CSA / CIS – HRSD Minimum 4 – 5years of ServiceNow experience in the BA role.

Minimum 2 HRSD project implementations delivered Familiarwith Agile / Scrum delivery methodology / Jira.

Able to lead and run customer discovery, requirements,clarification workshops, capture the requirements, write stories, managebacklog, prepare for the demos and support the team with the test cases andUAT. Someone who takes the lead and guide and drive the discussions, act as athought leader and influence the design and process alignment decision makingwith the customer.

This is a senior role and for someone who is mature, havegood articulation skills, product knowledge and process driven “Can-do”attitude.
