We're Hiring a ServiceNow Business Solutions & Process Analysts Team !

If you are an experienced ServiceNow professional with a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and governance - this offer is for you!

We are expanding our client's ServiceNow practice and looking for talented specialists across ITSM, CSM, IRM, TPRM, and Privacy domains to help drive business transformation and operational excellence.

🗝️Full-time

🗝️Remote work (from any location in Poland) or hybrid from Warsaw - you choose!

Main tasks:

• Lead and support business analysis activities across ServiceNow initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and align business and technology objectives.
• Prepare and manage backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support process design, testing, UAT, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure requirements traceability and adoption of BA best practices.
• Collaborate across multiple workstreams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support governance, risk, compliance, third-party risk, privacy, ITSM, and customer service processesю

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow platforms and implementations.
• Strong background in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Requirements Management.
• Experience with one or more of the following areas:

ITSM (IT Service Management)

CSM (Customer Service Management)

IRM / GRC (Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk & Compliance)

TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)

Privacy Management

• Hands-on experience with workshops facilitation, backlog readiness, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience driving business readiness, process alignment, and user adoption is highly valued.
• Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
