Detailed Job Description Service Catalog Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
• Configure Variables, Variable Sets, Catalog Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• Build intuitive forms and user-friendly self-service experiences.

Platform Development

• Customize and extend ServiceNow applications while adhering to platform best practices.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Configure Application UIs, Workflows, and Service Portal components.
• Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.

Integration & Automation

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Automate approval workflows, notifications, and fulfillment processes.
• Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and optimize system performance.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and production implementations.
