We are looking for a Technical Consultant specialized in ServiceNow Customer Communication Management (CCM) to join an international team working on the design, implementation, and optimization of customer communication solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on developing and maintaining communication templates, integrations, and workflows that support business processes and improve customer experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within ServiceNow.
• Develop and customize communication templates for customer-facing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, notifications, and automated communications.
• Integrate ServiceNow CCM with other business applications and external systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve platform-related issues.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Support testing activities, deployments, and post-production monitoring.
• Collaborate with international teams using English on a daily basis.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external platforms.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and ITSM processes.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with document generation, communication templates, or customer engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, or HRSD.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to large-scale global implementations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated testing within ServiceNow.
