1. As a ServiceNow CLM Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
• Configure workflows for contract creation, negotiation, approval, renewal, and compliance tracking.
• Develop contract templates, clause libraries, document generation, and automated contract processes.
• Build and customize Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Integrate CLM with CPQ, Procurement, Legal, ERP, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement obligation tracking, notifications, approvals, alerts, and compliance reporting.
• Troubleshoot defects, integration issues, and performance problems across CLM solutions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CLM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Good understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management and contract management processes.
• Experience with contract clauses, templates, redlining, approvals, renewals, and obligation management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow CLM with CPQ, procurement, legal, ERP, and e-signature platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based connectivity.
• Experience with document generation and e-signature integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.

3. You should possess the ability to:

• Translate business and legal requirements into effective CLM workflows and technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Work effectively with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Product, and technical teams.
• Manage multiple CLM requirements while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex workflow, scripting, integration, and performance issues.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain clear technical documentation.
