Position Overview

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the architecture, design, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within a complex hospital/healthcare environment.

The CMDB Architect will establish and maintain a scalable, accurate, and governed CMDB aligned with ServiceNow CSDM, ITIL practices, and the organization's broader ServiceNow/ITOM strategy. This individual will work closely with IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, clinical technology, service management, and business stakeholders to ensure configuration data accurately represents the healthcare technology environment and supports operational, service management, compliance, and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience combined with enterprise architecture, data governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and stakeholder leadership skills.
