Servicenow Configuration Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configuration items, records, and documentation.
• Implement and monitor Configuration Management processes and standards.
• Track changes, versions, baselines, and configuration updates.
• Conduct regular configuration audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, development, and project teams for change management.
• Maintain configuration databases and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and control of all configuration changes.

Requirements

• Experience in Configuration Management or IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of change management, version control, and configuration processes.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Configuration Management processes
