- Manage, perform, and communicate system changes and enhancements.
- Handle projects, platform updates, releases, integrations, and new configurations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production activities.
- Ensure changes follow appropriate governance and deployment processes.
