• Manage end-to-end customer service workflows and case management to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Configure and maintain Customer Service Management (CSM) modules to enhance customer engagement and operational tracking.

ServiceNow Now Assist Specialist

• Implement and configure ServiceNow’s generative AI and Now Assist capabilities across platform workflows.
• Optimize AI-driven summaries, virtual agents, and automated response systems to elevate user productivity.

Platform Engineer – ServiceNow

• Design, develop, and maintain overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability, stability, and system performance.
• Build custom applications, integrate third-party APIs, and manage instance upgrades and maintenance schedules.

Senior Technical Consultant – Risk & Security

• Lead the technical design and execution of Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions.
• Advise enterprise clients on compliance frameworks, threat response workflows, and risk mitigation architecture.

Senior Technical Consultant – HRSD / GBS

• Architectural lead for Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Global Business Services (GBS) implementations.
• Transform HR processes into streamlined digital workflows, integrating employee onboarding, case management, and lifecycle events.

General Requirements & Work Setup

• Work Setup: 100% Work from Home (WFH)
• Work Schedule: Night Shift (US Hours)
• Proven hands-on experience in the specific ServiceNow module for your applied role.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in respective product tracks) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting international stakeholders or clients.
• Reliable home office setup with a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
