Your Role As a Confirmed ServiceNow AI Developer with Capgemini, you will independently design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow capabilities. You will actively participate in customer delivery, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to AI Factory accelerators, reusable assets, and intellectual property.

In this role you will:

• Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
• Configure and develop AI-powered workflows, prompts, AI Agents, and automations.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems and external AI platforms using REST APIs.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Participate in solution-design workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead or coordinate technical implementation workstreams appropriate to the assignment.
• Contribute to customer documentation, technical deliverables, and knowledge transfer.
• Deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Participate in proposal development, estimations, innovation challenges, and hackathons.
• Build demonstration environments using ServiceNow and generative-AI ecosystems and contribute to reusable accelerators.

Your Profile

• 3–4 years of relevant ServiceNow experience for this recruitment need.
• Strong ServiceNow development knowledge and the ability to deliver independently.
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered ServiceNow use cases.
• Strong JavaScript, REST API, Flow Designer, integration, and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, RAG, enterprise knowledge sources, or external AI platforms is valued.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundation plus another CIS certification, and Now Assist training.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, customer-facing, and innovation skills.
