1. As a ServiceNow CPQ Developer, you will:

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
• Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, quote generation, approval workflows, bundles, and pricing models.
• Develop pricing and quoting solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow CPQ with CRM, Billing, and ERP systems using REST/SOAP and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain custom Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other ServiceNow components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ defects, integration issues, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and technical teams to translate pricing and quoting requirements into scalable solutions.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development, with strong hands-on CPQ experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ / Configure Price Quote modules.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting, bundles, and approval hierarchies.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Translate complex pricing and quoting requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations.
• Develop scalable and maintainable CPQ solutions.
• Build and troubleshoot pricing logic, approval workflows, and integrations.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
• Analyse and resolve functional, integration, and performance issues.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
